Im getting a new exhaust system very soon, im thinking of getting 2x single exit jap style (slash cut) back box's. Not sure how i want them 2 sound, thay will be costom made one's. wot u peep's think + any other ideas would be appreciated.

nah, better to keep it to a subtle rumble,
sometimes you can get TOO loud and it just ends up pissing ya off constantly in your ear!

what bumper you got?
stick to 4" slash cut jap style. 5" and more looks crap

I would get a backbox with a removable silenced. Quit when you want it to be, loud if you remove it.

Where are you getting the exhaust made up. I got a mate with a powerflow exhaust and it isnt that loud. It is only on a 1.4 306 though in all fairness. I agree though go for a low grumble instead of a load noise that sounds like there is no back box at all.

Its from trizmo styles in bolton they do custom exhausts i had one on my other car done before my saxo it sounded mint, ushould of heard it rumble.

exhausts uk for custom if you can get there.powerflow are mostly crap i think depends what garage you go to.i say go for 4" slash cut tips.i have and i love the look.go for a nice deep throaty tone mate

very good i think.they have done quite a few show cars systems.they use high quality t-304 stainless steel unlike some powerflow garages that use cheap thin t-304 grade.they do quality welding and their systems are good for performance,looks and sound.have a look on their website
