smoked side repeaters

   as above are these road legal and mot'able or if a copper is having a crap day he gonna pull u over? not to sure on the whole smoked lights being legal or not if anyone has a definate answer

   Ive got smoked side repeaters on mine mate, 99.9% sure they are legal as you can still see the indicators through them. They look much better aswel!

   aslong as you have orange bulbs there's doodle poo they can do... and will pass any mot that way too.

   Has the actual bulb got to be orange or just flash orange? I have smoked side repeaters and came with chrome bulbs so u dont always see the orange bulb through the "smoke" unless the indicator is flashing.

   yes mate, slide them back towards you (looking at the front of the car) andthey unclip and reverse to get them back in matey

    may need a small pick or screw drive to prise old ones out. becareful of the trims though...

    to go off topic, i wanna get mine lowered, but only a bit from a pic i seen i think it was 40mm, is this alot or not? don't want it dragging the floor or have to do any arch mods

    yea i think it might have been yours i looked at, looks well good and u have no probs with speed humps or turning full lock, i got standard vtr wheels on which i think are 14 or 15 inch?

    buying them for sure noob at most things, done my grill last week, and looked ok tidyied it up alot but still don't fit excact so i try to buy what i can

    Yep they are legal, ma dad has them on his land rover defender n they came with the car when he bought it new.
