See the FAQ for what engine is which.

Early mk2s did have cat under the car as they had the 90bhp engine

mine is a early mk2 as it is a w reg, does this mean i would not have to move the fuel filter if i was to fit a new manifold?

    oil filter sorry

you can fit any vtr manifold without worrying about the oil filter.

i thought on a mk2 you had to move the oil filter into the same place as the mk1 to fit a better manifold on?

if your cat is under the car you have a mk1 engine

Peco are good if you want your renault 5 gtt to look like something from the early 90's with a 'big bore 4'.
