   I need help. Ive got a vtr engine with a broken transponder. Can you easily replace it without changing the loom? Or easily fix it? Also what does it do?

   Transponder? It's an oil breather.

   yeah 100% sure mate its the oil breather off the rocker cover the transponder is in the ecu!!

   So can you take the breather pipe off another engine easily then ye?
   Does it affect the running of the engine without that pipe connected?

   as long as its not blocked it wont be hurting the engine, but its an MOT fail.
