Citroen Saxo VTR CV Joint

   HI all. New here so please forgive me if there is another thread on this sublect.
   
   Car recently failed MOT and have till the 20th March to get it sorted. It pretty much failed on everything but the guy said the most expensive thing was the CV joint. Any one have any idea how much it will cost to get it sorted?

   needs the whole driveshaft replacing as the joints are intergrated and can't be bought seperately
   
   looking at £40 for a refurbed shaft and £50 to £70 fitting?

   Oh right. Guy at the garage never said that, just said CV joint worn and needs replacing. Ok, thanks!
