#2It will fit mate i got mine from halfords and it cost me £3 in a random sale, its a black ripspeed one and like i said i just didnt use the original grub screws as they didnt seem substantial so i used longer black screws.

#4Lol i dont actually know mate , just got some black screws that fit in the hole and cut them down until they fit snug!Quote:sounds like the excact same one i have just brought, what screws did ya use as in size n head and all that wanna try to fit it tommorrow was my new gaiter turned up today.
As mad as that may sound
It works atleast and it doesnt move atal! -
#5so some normal screws from b&q and fit them then cut the heads off?
-
#6when i fitted one the screws didnt reach the handbrake so i trimed down the standard handbrake handle andused it inside the handle so the screws latched onto that.1 user thanked this post:

#10on a similar note, this is gonna sound so thick but...... handbrake gaiter goes in the handbrake cover or over it, as the one i got won't quite stretch over it so was thinking cut it a little to go over it then silver clip to keep it in place?
-
#11Mine goes over mate, like i say it covers the screws that i put in. small cut will be fnt though mate and if your handy with a needle and thread get to stitching lolQuote:on a similar note, this is gonna sound so thick but...... handbrake gaiter goes in the handbrake cover or over it, as the one i got won't quite stretch over it so was thinking cut it a little to go over it then silver clip to keep it in place?
