what should i do?

   Basically i want to get something done this month. Ive got vts alloys but need respraying and tyres. So i dont no whether to get these on, lower it, new front grille or smoke headlights?

   id get tyres and respray the alloys first and maybe smoke the headlights because it dosent take long
