Clutch

   Got a VTS n when im braking and also changing down gears I lift the clutch up she starts to really vibrate and once I have fully realeased the clutch it stops. Any ideas?

   could be coil springs on the drive plate are weak or oil contamination on the drive plate,

   are both expensive to fix?

   not sure. either way it will need a new clutch kit. kits ar usually between 60-80 quid, then it will depend on the labour cost of the garage
