#2im running new disks and mintex 1144's all round (all new as of 2 weeks ago) on my vts and for fast road use its very good imo. i really dont think i would bother upgrading the calipers and the disk size (and i have drove saxo's with willwood 4 pots on etc) unless i was going to track it. For the money i would definatly buy the kamracing kit!

#3like said above, unless your gonna track it there is not much point, as normal road use wont require the same stopping power for a prolonged period

could you tell me were you got your 1144's from please. -
#6no point buying a track day set up if you dont go on track.
Standard calipers discs' and m1144 pads ftw. -
#7Rally design do mintex 1144s at not a bad price.
Think its around
£70 for the front and rear pads.
They also do the maxtorque disks at around £20 each -
#9Front and rear 1144 come in at £61 the set from rally design

#10cheers swampy will look into that one when i get paid seems a good price
Jimbo06 you said you have driven saxos with willwood brakes for the price.are they that much better than the set up your running. -
#11Yes they are better, but only very slightly when you are using them for fast road use (on a track willwoods/hispecs etc would be alot better than my brakes) but when your on the road you really dont need 4pots imo as they dont warrent the extra £££'s. So if your not planning on track days, go with the kam package and put the money towards your suspensionQuote:cheers swampy will look into that one when i get paid seems a good price
