Are my ideas good?

    Currently pushing a 60 bhp 1.1 monster.

It's rainforest green which is a bit rank tbh but I want to make the most of it, thought I'd post up a list of all my exterior plans so you can give your opinions:

    Spray chevrons white
    White mesh grille
    Spray rear badges white
    Gloss white vtr wheels
    Fully colour coded VT* bodykit
    Mk2 spoiler
    Lower 50/60
Crystal lights for back and possibly tint bottom half red
    Morette headlights
    Saxperience.com rear quarter sticker

The thing I'm most torn on is whether to get morettes or not. I don't want smoked headlights as they won't go with the white + green theme. And standard lights sprayed white look wank

    Opinions?

I can't help thinking it'll just look like the Polo (mint) themed Saxo... get a photoshop done and go from there man.

dont get moretts they look shit. standard lights sprayed white can look good on the right colour car and seen as your going with the whole white and green theme i reckon it could work it works on my car

i wouldnt spend a penny on a 1.1 as you'll soon be wanting something a bit sportier. just keep it well maintained

I wouldnt get the crystal lights unless you sprayed the bottom half red before you put them on. lol. Second the morettes will look silly

    Gotta agree tbh.

Those plans will cost you minimum like 5-600 quid you could wait and get a vtr that way you get the vt kit, wheels and engine upgrade

although they do sound good bar morettes, never seen standards painted white aways toying with doing it my self, and dont use white mesh its horrible stick to black

i'd second that and also i'd say that the morettes - which i am a fan of, will look stupid unless you maybe have a vtr kit or similar on it

Already have colour coded mirror caps.

With regards to not spending money on a 1.1... When I come to buy a new car I probably won't get a saxo. But while I have one I want to make it look smart. And then if I do start to love it and can afford the insurance I'll look into an engine conversion.

here here i agree man, i honestly dont see any point spending money on a first car, fair enough stuff like an induction kit, maybe a bit of tinting and a sound system, but thats about as far as i would go... plans sound good though if you do intend to go ahead with it
