#2Dpends how mechanicaly minded you are.
Follow instructions for changing a cambelt to get it timed up correctly
lock it off and remove the cambelt
remove the cam covers, undo the cam caps and remove cams
once removed you will need to swap the cam sprockets over
rebuild is the reverse
make sure you set and time the cams properly, do all the bolts up to the correct torque
use a new cambelt and possibly tensioner when you rebuild
remove the locking pins and rotate the engine through two full revolutions and check the pins all still line up if they do all is good! -
#3ive fitted cams in vtr's before you have to change the head gasket too if you're doing the job properly mate, on 16v's you dont need to loosen head bolts so pretty straight forward. .

#6whys that its worth ago

#7Have you done it before?
Can you time up an engine?
If you want to do it yourself then dont let me put you off, just most people that ask these questions do so because they dont know what theyre doing. -
#8fare play if you do try it but the damage that could be done if you get it wrong will cost you some pennies. if you do it yourself make sure you get a haynes manual to give you some information
