#2It would be stall city I would assume. I doubt the stock ECU would be able to deal with the required adjustments to the fuelling for one...
-
#3it's pretty lairy that cam.
Think it's a close call with the valves and pistons as well. -
#4If you could get it to work ad you could live with the idle and stalling etc, what kind of gainswould they give? and what do the PH cams go upto? is 4 the highest?
-
#5i maybe wrong but they dont do ph4 for the vtr
newmans go up to ph11 for vts but only ph3 for vtr
heres a chart i use with all the newmans specs on
http://www.lioliosracing.gr/pdf/Newman/Citroen.htm -
#6OMFG how wild in PH11? is it strictly for race use? is the power band very high up in the rev range?
-
#7power from 4500rpm to 8500 rpm on ph11 click the link and have a look mate then just scroll down and find 1600 16v

yer the ph4 is for the rallye and xsi heads
and from what ive read they have bigger bearings so the cam cant be used on the vtr, i maybe wrong onthis though, its just what ive read -
#9ph5 is for race use, so yes i would imagine so.Quote:OMFG how wild in PH11? is it strictly for race use? is the power band very high up in the rev range?
Ph4 would need headwork, standalone, and throttle bodies.
You'd see very good gains though.

Best bet is to go for ph3's unless you have deep pockets.
