   hi all i have a 1999 westie i am wanting to get a little better performance from my car the car is lowed by 40 mm and has breathing mods i am wanting to decat it and put a 4 branch manni on it is there anyway of doing this witout making the car alot louder i like the noise the K&N makes when i floor it thanks

   Youll never get a "quiet" full system that adds power esp with a decat lol
   
   Last time i was on here supersprint or OMP grp N's seem to be the cheapest full systems.
   
   Or a BTB for big power.

   Supersprint or ashley seem to give good gains.
   
   And have a look at the supersprint manifold or the janspeed.
   
   Also a pipercross foam filter will be even louder than your K an N...
   
   ...hence why i love mine. lol

   haha is there any that arnt so loud if your not floorin it, say below 3000 rpm? and maybe abit raspy at higher revs? thanks

   Decats tend to be very raspy but you WILL NOT find a quite system that im sure.
