I'm going to take a vts engine out of my mates car to put in mine the weekend and I was just clearing up what I need to take so I don't have to buy anything else to make it fit and run?
cheers

you wont need a fuel pump, or fuse box really. just thought i would say to keep the costs down for you.
you may also need exhaust manifold
whilst the engine is out get a new clutch and cambelt on

i always learn the hard way. although i managed to pop 3 piston rings, need a new clutch and realise the cam belt was on its last legs on my first vts engine

You could also think about servicing it, oil, oil filter, plugs etc etc could also change the cambelt aswel while the engines out
