   fit straight in. you just need a torx bit can`t remember the size though

   T30 torx iirc one at the front and back of each runner.
   
   remember to disconnect the pretensioner wiring before trying to rip them out too

   theres a plug under the seat in the middle just unplugs, think youve gotta push a bit to release it i cant remember
