lowering my vtr

   lm going to lower my car next week 60mm at the front, what shall l lower the rear to level it out? 80mm?

   Im in the exact same situation, going 60mm front but was thinking maybe 70 for the rear as most people go more at the back, is that for when they park uphill so it doesnt look too daft haha? God knows. However ( Tom ) has got his 60 at back and it looks perfect, so im swaying towards 60 all round now. This is Toms :

   60 it is then ha ha. Just l thought cos the back sits slightly higher thats all. That blue saxo looks wicked. Cant wait till l do mine. Cheers :-)

   Im 50 all round and it sits nicely. If your going 60 on the front i would go 60 on the rear too.

    Im recon so coz there are a few vts' around near me and they are well and truely slammed so im guessin with 60 you should be fine... But had better get confirmation off someone else coz im only guessin bud

    My mk2 vts is 40mm all round!! looks and handles sweet........

    Ye i bet, i was thinking about only going 40 so it handled well and didnt eat driveshafts, already had one go and its not lowered yet lol. But ive decided that im gonna go for 60 all round coz im into the dub scene and so im gonna save up for a nice set of small deeps eventually! Plus it will keep me from speeding too much, and my vtr int exaxtly fast enough to blow much off lol, so im in it for the cruise, with the odd burst on main roads lol.

    60 is well low lol.. my mates is 40 at the front and 50 on the rear and his sits sweet.. althought saying that he wants to go another 10 on the back lol

    if you lower same height all round then its the same as factory settings just at a lower level i.e. the height diff between front and back will be same as when from factory

    Ye i no, so if i have my front 60mm, to get it sat bang on level will i have to go slightly lower than 60 on the torsion bar?

    go 60mm on the front and drop the bk to 95mm it will look well nice but your f*cked if you hjave got loads of speed humps by you lol

    Na i dont like it looking uneven, want it sitting as perfect as i can inline with the 60mm front, a lad a bit further north than me has his sat really low at back and i think it looks gash tbh lol

    Never thort about that tbh lol, there is a nova in town that is slammed at back and front end loves lifting up. Think ive concluded 60 all round, maybe a cheeky 65 on the rear...
