blue dials (plasma i think)

   ok the blues dash dials as in speedo fuel revs and temp, is this the sort of thing i can take into the run of the mill car garage and ask them to do? as i want them to fit a steering wheel too so while thats off get em to do the dials? or is ther a kit i can buy to give to them?

   Not really the type of thing you can ask them to do mate. Change the wheel yourself. Not a difficult task to be honest fella. If you're confident enough with a soldering iron you can do the dials yourself.

   yea bit of a novice at doing stuff like that, why i want either someone who knows what they doing or the garage to do it. seen the how to guide reckon i could do the dials but its getting them out

   I doubt they would tbh.
   
   If anything, i would say someone who fixes TV's or radio's. It would be their kind of business.
   
   Although a garage would probs take your clocks out for you.

   i no my machanic does stuff like that for people and i no the garage down the raod from me does too. i think if its just like a normal everyday car garage then proberly dunno about a citreon one though.

   you need to solder new dials in? they not a direct replacement
