   Ebay sell x-sport ones for £45 but dont fancy paying that for 3 rods...anywhere else cheaper?

   hi, sorry to hijac
   i was thinkin of gettin this kit but does it actually improve the shifting alot (is it worth it?). also are they easy to fit, straight swap, or is there alot of setting up needed?

   straight swap mate.your better with xsport one's as they have the hoop to stop them poping off as is the usual fault with the oe citroen ones.
