16V Conversion Trouble!!

   Hi guys i bought a vts engine for my vtr its the same year car as mine (both W regs..)
   
   the loom on the vts has a large connector plug which wont mate up with my vtr connector plug in the engine bay (its alot smaller)..
   
   i also have another w reg vts engine and engine loom which is the correct size plug for my vtr interior loom.. so im wondering can i basically take the loom off my other vts engine and fit it to my vts engine that iv been doing up to put in my vtr? i.e with it being a different size connector plug will it still run all the ancillaries on my other vts engine?
