positive terminal on battery mk 2 vts

   hi, as above on my vts the battery terminal on the positve is a crap clip down design that keeps coming lose. ive seen some terminal connectors that are made of brass that have a bolt through them to ghten them up so they dont come off whilst driving. does anyone no where i can get one from? cheers

   You can get a new battery terminal but the cable there with the clip on it is pretty short. You will need a lug crimped on to the cable but if it will not reach you will probally need it exteded some how.

   if it comes to it you could always take the pos and neg cables off another car at a breakers and put them on yours

   im breaking a 1.1 i can crop both like battery plug things off the loom and post them to you for a cuple of quid if there any use ?

   its the clip that goes onto the positve terminal on the battery, thats the best i can describe it really
