   Are the driveshafts on a 2001 mk2 vtr tapered or non tapered end?
   
   anyone know?

   Should be tapered after the middle of 2000.
   
   But it is french

   sounds about right. why not compare pics on ebays?

   Tapered on my 2001 vtr.
