   at the end of the month im getting http://www.kamracing.co.uk/manufactu...106-8v-13.htmlfor my 02 vtr mk2 and i also want to get a new exhaust system but i dont know what to go for any advice

   The raceland is an ok manifold, but the supersprint is a work of art and will get better performance as the finish is much better and that helps the exhaust gas flow through it.

    Looks like the racland mani i wanted has gone of Kam , going to folk out abit more cash and get this supersprint one http://www.kamracing.co.uk/manufactu...106-8v-14.html also saves the ball ache of not moving oil filter !
