    hi im after some cams for a vtr just wondered if anyone can point me in the right direction and wats r the best sort for road use thanks

    how much would they set me back and is it a big job to do on a vtr mate

    Head needs to come off so you're looking at new head gasket, head bolts and cambelt kit in addition to the cam.

    right k mate i have seen performance head gaskets do u no if they are any good or not?

    Competition head gaskets/ cam belts aren't really necessary tbh - may as well stick with genuine parts. You'll need a head gasket with a thickness to suit the head - unless you're skimming it, just get a standard thickness gasket.
