TB Butterfly?

   Which bit within the TB is the butterfly? Or will it be obvious once ive taken the TB off? I have looked at some guides but cant work it out from the pics. Thanks Sam.

   look doen the inlet manifold see the flap like bit that turns when the accelerator is pressed thats the butterfly

   So when boring out the TB and cleaning it up, I leave this bit alone I take it, so air doesnt pass in when not revving?

   well you can modify it aswell depends how good and confident you are
   
   remove the butterfly from the body, cut the front half of the spindle away.
   put a chamfer on to the leading edge, use lowr profile screws
   
   oh and its the brass circle that moves

   and what do people use when boring it? wet and dry, lol I have no idea?
   
   Probably best to leave it until I can find a spare from the scrappy, then send it to that £26 service to clean it up.
