Its not that hard at all with a little basic wiring skills. However I should warn you it is ILLEGAL to use fog lights unless visibility is seriously reduced that with normal lights you can not see another vehicle 100m (328ft) away. Though its recommendable that you do not even drive in such conditions unless you absolutely have to. This all makes fog lights for most only legal for 1 or 2 days of the year at most. Bit pointless really.

assume you'd somehow have to cut out the bumper peices which go over where the fogs would be, dont know if these poke out, or need cutting. Let me know if you find out, cos i also like the idea.

hey thanks for the posts, yeh im quite good at wiring i would have to put a switch in the dash board bit instead of it being on the indicator paddle wouldn't i?. i have got slots where the fog lights could fit into my bumper but i dont know how they come out yet, i will have a look in a min, it is very hard to feed the wire through to the dash board from the fog's??

i understand this, but i see lots of cars with them on while driving past where i live, which is in norfolk in great yarmouth, and i always think they look cool, so suppose i will just have to be careful with the police

oooh dear, fogs dont look cool in the day or night, they look good when its foggy as i can actually see other cars then

And quite rightly the police are cracking down on this. The first time they catch you is likely a fixed penalty if you have never been in trouble before. Next is a convictions for driving without due care and attention or if there really after you dangerous driving. Just do a quick search on google and you will see how common it is to get pulled for this. You would be a idiot to drive round in clear conditions with them on.
