Replacing Bushes?

   On my MOT advisory sheet i had this:
   
   004 Nsf suspension arm inner rear bush deterorating
   
   now i feel i should replace it if it is deterioarting, but what with?
   Iv seen people fitting powerflex bushes, are these any good? and what would the alternatices be?
   
   any help, links, prices would be great

   i got some polyrace wishbone bushes you can have for a small fee if you want them brand new too btw
