VTS lump???

   Hi folks....i have a 2000 plate vtr...and im wanting to drop a vts lump in her once she hits 100k (on 94.5k atm) how much do you think a garage would charge if i supplied the engine?? and how much can a pick a cheap engine up for?? with about 60-70k on it??
   
   On another note...what parts would i need to upgrade??
   
   Drive shafts?
   Gear box????
   Clutch??????
   Brakes??????
   Bearings????

   engine ecu loom and gearbox packages range between 200-500 usually its around £400
   
   brakes are same on the vtr/s
   
   driveshafts should be fine
   
   clutch change out the car would be good along with cambelt
   
   full service

   and your looking at about £500 for a garage to fit

   i'll fit it for £250 in a day. would be the same as a garage doing it as i would be using full garage facilities, except it would be cheaper and done on a sunday.

   I think I might take you up on that in a couple of months Trying to source a 3plug engine with less than 60-70k miles.

   I think theres an engine in the for sale section, its a pugsport tuned cammed lump ready for transplant, not sure how much he wants for it
