Kamracing.com, POTN.com, eBay, etc. I would advise you to get dampers/shocks aswell, however others will argue that at -40mm it will be fine without them.
For springs, possibly £60-70, but for springs and dampers, probably £200 ish. The rear does not have springs, it is a torsion bar (for which there are two methods for lowering, 'look up the correct one'). Cant really set a time to do it, as there are various problems which could incur, such as the bar being seized etc.

could take upto a full day depending on if youve done it before or its the first time youve done it. usually something is really stuck or you have to nip out for 15 minutes which turns into 2 hours to get a part.

you will need basic tools, preferably some sort of puller, 8mm stud rod, flat 5mm steel with a hole drilled and a big socket usually do as a puller. and only costs a few quid.

for the front you will need coil spring clamps.

hi mate 40mm is a good height, you would be able to get away with just springs at this height, butt if you want a bit better performance, i would go with a full kit, with shocks and springs, but a good place to look is kamracing, if you want a good kit and not pay loads, then the apex kit from them is great, alot of people have had it and said its a great kit, also kam give saxp discount on this kit too

    heres a link for you.....http://www.kamracing.co.uk/club-disc...saxo-1814.html

    hope this helps mate

also another good tool for the rear, a nice sized bar and lump hammer lol, you can use these to knock out the bars, rather than pull, i find it alot easier to use the bar and lump hammer when lowering torsion bars

You will need dampers for the front and back with springs on the front if you want to get better handling, or you can just get springs for the front but handling may be compromised.

I got a set of dampers and springs for £200 pal (spax vsx i think may be wrong but they where definatley spax). Think you can get springs for around £60.
