Post up some pictures of your cold air feeds.

Ive got a raceland enclosed induction kit and Im looking for ideas for a cold air feed. Im thinking about mounting it on the front of the bumper but cant decide where. I was thinking about having two, keep it symmetrical.

Haven't got any pictures atm but the feed for my BMC is taken from the bottom of the front bumper as thats the only place I can get cold air.

where did you mount it? In the bottom grill?

if your running a raceland then the scoop is the cold air feed as its right on the slam panel

    thats all you need

you can cut the slam panel to get a better flow of air but you can't change the position of the raceland...

the idea of enclosed induction kits is that they include your cold air feed

i had a race land on my vts but with the engine rocking about within the engine bay it snapped the brackets off the scoop that held it onto the slam panel. it cracked all the scoop and broke it. so i bought a BMC CDA. i have pics of the cold air feed on that if its any good?

I was thinking about drill holes in the slam panel. Will this not weaken it too much?

I was planning on running two cold air feeds to the bottom of the scoop. Was going to cut two holes in the bottom of it and have the two cold feeds attached to it.

I thought it was a good idea. Just thinking about where to mount the cold feed trumpit things

Yeh thats where I was planning on putting mine. But two. In black maybe or silver. Did you have to cut some of the lower bumper grill? What size did you use?
