#2Front is generally fine, but you probably will encounter some rubbing on the rear, maybe not alot with just you in the car but with passengers you may find it more persistant

#3well im hopefully goin be puttin a vt kit on it in the future. would it be an idea to change the rear shocks once lowered?

#4Id certainly advise changing all the shocks at the same time as fitting the lowering springs on the front
Theres some very reasonably priced kits about which are built to do the job and will last so well worth looking into getting the full kit.
If you're looking at fitting a VT kit in future thats great as there is a part of the rear arch which you can remove to stop the rubbing on the back, this bit you will HAVE TO remove when fitting the VT kit too.
Let me know if you need someone to do the lowering work for you atall as im not too far from Notts -
#5grind the arches out n get low profiles. shouldnt be too bad if u dont get car fulls
