did m ine yesterday, put brembo discs, and mintex pads on. Hasnt made loads of difference tbh, gonna let them 'break in' for a few days, and then i'll bleed the fluid out and change that aswell. Mine just feel really spongy, so wondered if possibly there was air in the fluid?!

    Stupid opinion to be honest!

Standard brakes are absolutely appauling especially on the 1.0 and 1.1 models. Id recommend upgrading brakes regardless of engine size or spec, they are afterall something that can make the difference if someone randomly ploughs to a stop infront of you and you go hurtling towards their arse end.
