mods?

    Hey guys need some help? im after some cheap moddifcations i can do, just to tidy my saxo up.

    on my list is to

    Dewiper
    Remove door pins
    good clean inside,
    would like to clean outside and wax but been looking at some of the products and mount up to a pretty penny.

    basically i work in a school, and i have the next 2 weeks off. im changing my drop links and track ends, you guys probly get this all the time, cheap this cheap that, but i just want to keep my self busy doing a few cheap mods on my sax.

    as funds have been tight since i brought and insured my car at the end of march. sorry to go on, any idea's would be grand.

    yer fink it will look good, yer you can either take umm off and spray them or just use t cut. nahh prob be fine mite not 100 % though

    How much is the stuff to smoke the heads and fogs? maaaannnnn why does everythin cost so much lol. need some more cheapish mods,

    think its just over a fiver each for the primer the black spray and the laquer im afraid

    Laquer?? the guide didn't mention anythin about Laquer. or have i gone blind? we are talking about the head lights and fogs? lol

    No laquer lol!! 6 for primer 6 for black paint couple quid for some sand paper!

    Ill have a think about others

    thought so, hmmmm not bad to smoke all round for 15 squid, is it easy to do rear? or can't you do the rears, cause no Guide up

    yeah if you could mate, cause any suggestions much appreciated

    thinkn about doin some cheap mods aswell
    the only things i can think of are sprayin the front grille, window tints, take the door pins out, dewipering the rear, add a couple of stickers here and there

    Cant really do the rear, well you can but just with tinting spray and it looks terrible!

    if you have a mk 2 you can tint the top white bit that looks good,

    Another cheap mod if you have a mk 2 is de slat the grille but really you need a dremel and its quite complicated!

    Im all about complications lol...so not easy to do, its gone a dull greay colour anyway, need to do somethin with it, i'll have a look. cheers mate

    i used a coping saw to de slat my grill was fine.

    you know the door pins, when you unlock the car they pop up don't they? well you remove them, stops people from bending the door down to pull up the door pin. plus i think it looks better makes the door inside look abit smother.

    i kept badges, think u mean a dimma grill, sure i'll be corrected if wrong.
