    Ok, it took m about 2 hours to get it out, then realised it was simple, but getting it back in is a differnt situation, WHY WONT THAT STUPID METAL FU*KING THING CLIP ON?????????

    You have to push it around a little hook. It really isn't that difficult...

    Make sure you have the bulb in properly, it may be the wrong way around and not sitting in the cradle properly

    If he spent 2 hours on it, it's likely to be the case. Probably lighting up the top of the trees now.
