if you buy a cam kit you will need a remap, but there are some cam kits, that you will work without.

And use the search button for port and polish TB, the gains arnt large, but the extra throttle response is nice

On a VTS, depending on the cam really, but i would say around 130 with just a mild cam but with a pH3 or something similar, properly setup then 140bhp may be in site

Difficult to estimate really though mate.

Also the text talk doesnt bother me, just some of the members will take the piss about it, and it is in the rules not to.

If you have any more questions, am only too happy to answer them also, would be nice if you stuck around on here mate.

    lol glad i could help

also have you thought about losing some weight from your car?

Strip it, take bits off, composite panels? easiest way to more speed.

Also dont forget about uprating your brakes and suspension

Get some pics of your car up mate.

good decent suspension setup would help, have a look at the Bilstein Group N

Strut braces are also good, and removing rear seats, parcel shelf, panels, and rear carpet and spare tyre, will definetly make it faster

EDIT; the lining under the bonnet can also be removed.

If you remove all of the above then you will fel the difference

    Looking forward to pics anyways.
