apex suspension kit

   hi people, just received my apex kit and i'm abit worried. does it come exactly as shown in the diagrams on kams website? i'v got the two rear shocks and they look fine but the front ones are diffrent to the pictures. such as the base plate for the spring to sit in, do you use the ones already on your car? pictures of your own apex kits would be a great help if anyone has one?

   yh i fink you do mate iv just had sum and there isnt any bass plate on it and all you do is take your old spfring and shock off and screw the orther one in there is like a sleeve on mine what you screw onto the excisting shock holder but it is suposed to be harfd work mate so i would get a machanic to do it mate

   yes mate, there is a nut thats u have to undo on the strut to release the shock, then your new ones will slide in the same way

   they are called inserts,use a punch and hammer to knock the lockring round ,unscrew it lift out old insert,put new apex insert in and tighten lockring
