ARB swap - advice please

I need to remove an anti-roll bar from my old axle and put it into my new axle... (it's a long story)
Both axles are off the car (I also have a third axle... don't ask!), so is it as simple as it looks?

Remove plastic cap, remove 13mm bolt, remove end cap and the arb will pull out?

(pic stolen from williamvts - hope you don't mind)

Basically yes, you will need to use a slide hammer to remove it though

    yea its pretty simple tbh
just pull the plate off and you can push the arb out of the beam

I think if you use an M8 bolt it will screw into the end and push the antiroll bar out the other end.

Easiest way to get the arb out.

In that photo where you took the nylon plug out.
Take your top damper bolt out of one of your re shocks and screw it into where you took the nylon plug out.

Keep going then wheny you go around the other side, you will see your arb is out.

Saves buying side hammers and shite
