    For a fellow salopian
    1. Undo the jubilee metal clip on the airbox where it joins the throttle body at the back of engine bay
    2. Loosen the bolt towards the front of the airbox
    3. Lift out the airbox (should come straight out with a bit of jiggling about)
    4. Depending on type of pipercross you have attatch it onto the throttle body at the back of the engine bay with a jubilee clip/cable ties, and maybe some extra piping if needed.

    Hope this helps you mate

yeh but its not like im gona be track racing it so i cant see heat soak being that bad a thing for jus cruising round and every day driving unless it does cause damage/wear to the engine i dont no really

thats pretty severe, but thats while it was standing still? surely the air rushing through the engine at speed would help slightly? doesnt feel like i lost any when i fitted it though.
