#3Well seeing as 15s use 45 profile I highly doubt 17s on a 45 will fit!
I put some 16s on a 40 on my car to see what they looked like, and they were too big looked shit. -
#4dony go any bigger than 15s on 45s cus if u do it will look shit
-
#6You wont get 45s on they wont pass the plastic petrol filler neck and hit the wings on lock .i got 40s and get full lock and no rubbing at all got 50mm drop rear 40ish front
-
#7My Saxo was lowered 40mm with 16's on and the tyres were 45 profile. It wont be easy to get 17/45's on. imo 17's are way to big same with 16's. I put 16's on mine because the lip makes it look smaller. Also the ride will be terrible.
imagine what it would look like dropped another 10mm and and inch bigger wheels and the tyre profile will be the same
-
#816s on 40s lowered 40mm all round
-
#9lowerd 50 back 45 front although front tyres are 45s and wont turn but are fine with 40s

thanx 4 the picture very helpful 16s 40 pro 45mm drop should fill the gap niceley with no rubbing gona get coil overs on front anyways so it sits niceley and if i do get rubbing i can just adjust them mate who works for fords gona do my torsion bars for 50 quid cheap enought a as i dont no how to do them i can fit the coilovers thoe save some doe there
-
#11I have got 16's on mine at the minute, but getting some 15's alloys next week. I find the ride quite hard running 16's due to the 40 tyre, so hopefully 15's with a 45 tyre will bit a little more comfortable.
-
#12mine was on 17s, on 40 profile....and down 40mm

-
#13-----1 on that check this progress out, think the car sits really well on these wheels and dosent look chavy at all.Quote:dony go any bigger than 15s on 45s cus if u do it will look shit

#14^ That looks shit. it does look extremely chavvy
-
#15This is the only 106/Saxo that looks good on 17s and he's running 185/35/R17 tyres which aren't cheap but do give the closest rolling radius to standard wheels and tyres.
-
#16very nice just what i like gona go 16s still thoe as im going 40 profiles found anouther set of rims i like thumbs up

#18Are you seriously looking at paying £thousands for a set of wheels for a VTS?
You are an idiot -
#19Also, they are 17s, and not even a fitament close to the Saxos
-
#20ive already been in contact and the ones in the picture are 18s/19s and yes thay are a diffrent stud patten f**** five star award for you so ill carry on specialy made ones in 16s for my saxo are ONLY 800 quid with tyres
-
#22You for wanting some chavvy alloys, not being able to speak in english, double posting and spending the value of your car on the wheels.
-
#23Im thinking of going for some 17" Pro race on my 106 with 40 tyres and then some 16s for winter etc lol
17s show off wheels, gona do as much possable to make them fit and sit nicely
-
#24and i cant be bothered UP AND ABOVE
