Help with EGR

  1. #1
I need an EGR blanking plate as I bought a mk2 VTR engine to put into my 206 and need to remove EGR in the process, I can't for the LIFE of me find one to buy ANYWHERE.

    Any suggestions? Thanks

Thanks though! I will bear all this in mind, any idea what the bolt sizes are as I don't have the old system anywhere.

And just so I can clarify, the EGR port is on the exhaust is it not?

there is the black valve on the front of the head as in the picture above. then there is the tube that runs round the side which is bolted onto the head with a small flange. its the same diameter as a £1 coin. so most people push the pound coin in to the flande and bolt it back on. its a perfect fit and it works a treat
