i want to lower my vtr 60mm all round
will i need to uprate my shocks all round too ?

You wont necessarily NEED to, but it is hugely advisable to at 60mm as you're pretty much guaranteed to want to after a few months on standard shocks and a less than satisfactory ride.
Its worth saving the extra pennies anyway

shocks are dampers.
you want 4 shocks 2 springs.

make sure you get shorter dampers dont get fobbed of some one saying there uprated.. i once brought a 60mm kit and the dampers were standard lenth ..front springs moved about crap
