high mileage vtr

   my mk2 vtr has done 117k miles.
   i was just wondering weather, if it was your car, you would spend money on it?
   or sell it and start again.
   already spend quite a bit on it.
   what would you do?

   ouch.. i'd personally get rid of it unless you had the whole engine rebuilt!
   i can imagine what kind of state its in lol..
   up to you though.. doubt you'd get more than £500 for it anyway with that milage

   its in mint condition tho.
   thats whats got me thinking weather to keep it.
   was thinking of a vts conversion.

   If its been well looked after then stick with it.
   
   You can always look into a conversion if and when it breaks if need be.

   mines at 134,000 and thts fine as long as the cam belts been chaged ur b ok and when its broke go 4 the vts conversion, if its mint should reach 150,000 easy if u service it regulaly no point getting rid to much hassle time and money

   reconditioned engines get a new one off their for like 800 or get your one reconditioned for cheaper
