remove seat belts

   Does anyone know how to remove the seat belts from the actual retractable bit behind the rear plastics?

   o0o0hhhhhh, great, mine need a bloody good clean so off then come and let them soak for a while.
   
   Tho how do you get them out of the actual plastic as as it comes thrue the plastic

    Cant remove belt from plastic as cant get belt thrue the top pic

    take the plastic trim off the bottom undo the bolt and then take the little plastic cap on the last pic off undo that then just feed it through

    Think ill give it a go when there is some light. Tried cleaning the rear middle seat bet see if i can get it back to its shine
