   i recently had my car broke into and am having an alarm fitted, i want to know if there is covers that i could buy to cover the lock sticks if they are renoved, the storks on the inside of the car you can unlock and lock the car with to make it a bit more secure, thanks

   You mean the door pins mate, you can remoove them and just put a rubber gromit in each hole, not sure where to obtain them from though?

   thats what i ment i was trying to think of what they were called lol do you think its worth doing as i think it might make it a bit more secure?

   ye u just look undo the lock mecahnism from the side of the door, so u get more room to manovure it about. Pull it towards the opening and with some needle nose pliars or simliars just6 push the hooked rod out from the top of the solenoid, really easy

   anyone know where i can get the grommets from cant find them on ebay.....

   U can pick them up at halfords, i think there the 13mm ones!!! Need to go get some myself to fill my door pin holes

   Yer Halfords, 13mm, about £1 something for 3 of them plus 3 other gromets. Check out my guide here read update 5/4/09 (post #7)
