torsion bar removal

   right my torsion bar was taken out afew weeks ago and greased etc, so shouldn't be that hard to get out again! But what i want to know is do u need to make up some sort of pulling tool if not using a sliding hammer or can u push it out instead of pull?

   You can push it out instead thats absolutely fine. You just need to remove the retaining washers at both ends of the bar so that you can tap it through instead.

   You can push it out but dont think just that its been out before that it will come right out. mine was mega stuck the second time. I basicaly have a steel tube that sits on the end of the torsion bar and i hit it with a sledge hammer. Works every time

   if you cant push it put a M 8 bolt of fredded bar in the end and pull it
