VT Bumpers

   right my bumpers at the moments are not in the greatest of conditions
   mostly the black strips have gash's in them or nice scratches
   
   just wondering if i would be better off replacing the whole bumper rear + front
   or refurbing them somehow ?
   
   and how much would i be looking at.

   Bumpers brand new are £90 and come in primer so you'd need to pay for paint too
   
   Look on here and local scrap yards for second hand bumpers.. £20-£40
   
   Or refurb them yourself but I don't know much about this

   any ideas how i would go about refurbing myself?
   
   the gash in the front bumper is quite bad and is just plain ugly when i look at it ruins the car (N)
