Its such a pain to debadge saxo's as some of the lettering has pins, ive filled them in and painted over the filler, but you can still see a slight dip, anyone know how to get a perfect job?

Yes you most likely would. Thats why i rekon just keep them on. They look good imo. Im not a fan of boot smoothes on saxo's or de-badging of the rear, just isnt worth it

get a bit of t-cut and rub the silver off, easy and effective, better than spraying me thinks!

you just done this to your vtr danny?
  11. #11
need to have the boot complety resprayed
  12. #12
as said above, to do it properly they need to be welded up, grind the weld, minimal amount of filler then ideally spray the whole boot
  13. #13
Weld them up then grind the weld smooth then apply filler (little) as possible then sand till you think its smooth...

    Then get boot resprayed..
  14. #14
how much does it cost to have the boot resprayed?

could be anything from 100-300 depending on where you go
