   you meen 195/40/16s lol ? and about 30/32 psi all round should be ok

   i used to put 33 in mine when i had them. they were Toyo Proxes

   you keep the pressures the same as the standerd size tyres so as allready said wahtever it says in your hand book or the sticker on the inside of the drivers door

    Standard VTR is 36 front and 32 back.

    i use 33 front 31 rear on similar tyres.

    They read out about the same, FR 34, FL 34, BR 34, BL 35. Pretty much ok i suppose or a lil too high?
    
    There Proxes Toyos, and ive checked the thread of them all, seem ok. Just dont seem to have the same grip i used to have, might get a garage to check it out, give it a overall check over on anything to do with cornering that sorta stuff.
    
    Dont think i should fill them up to the same psi as standard, as there totally different tyres/size. One thing for sure ud think the garage would know what pressure to put into them?
