Fuel Cap

   got one of the racing fuel caps but when i take the original out i cant get my key out of it??
   any help

   you have to push the lock out of the cap, when its loose lock it onto the car, remove the key, remove the fuel cap, then just push the new petrol cap over the lock mechanism

   grr i cant get the key ut and the guide doesnt show the pics so not very helpful! lol

   when i did my old vtr a just smashed the buggery out of it with a persuading stick and a screwdriver! had to because i fitted the fuel cap just before i had to pick the missus up from work, finished it and thought that looks mint! jumped in the car as i was already about 10 mins late picked the keys up of the passenger seat and then realised that you cant actually get the key out as easy as i thought you could.........
