Sportex cat back good gains?

    Would a sportex cat back have good performance gains on a mk2 S?

    you wont really gain much from just a cat back exhaust mate. from what i can gather sportex are good value for money exhausts though

    yeah they are well made exhausts for the money and sound good You should see a small gain but it won't be anything huge.

    I would be careful you get the right bore size for the centre section as you could actually lose power. You got to watch that with any exhaust system though.

    you will see next to no gains jsut fitting a sports box to a saxo.

    you may think its going faster due to the noise level increases though.

    sorry my bad, mabe im thinking of a different thread, someone said something about a back box.

    in that case then yes, you will see a small improvement, but you will see a greater one if you have the cat removed also.

    dunno about actual gains but my vtr is a nice drive with the sportex cat back straight through

    what size backbox you planning on getting? i hoping to get the 3" i think they are very good value exhausts and sound mint aswell!
