Oil breather choking me!!

    I have put an oil breather onto my VTR but as soon as I come to a stop like at the lights or something the whole cockpit gets hammered by oil fumes. Have I done something wrong with the fitting?

    no, you are venting you crankcase fumes into your engine bay, so thats what you can smell.
